How we manage your project

Our PM’s are trained to manage difficult situations, resolve conflict and gain consensus. Along with newer Agile Project Management techniques, we deploy an arsenal of industry standard tools and templates, combined with our own proprietary frameworks to assess, diagnose, plan and deliver high-quality project results. The majority of our PM’s have their PMP Certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI). We also have Project Managers with the Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification  from PMI.
